Vintage Roulette Wheel Calendar

A vintage advertising roulette wheel calendar for the Bradenton Herald newpaper from Florida. I think it needs to be adjusted and there is a nut on the back where it can come apart. The wheels do spin but the day on the calendar does not always advance. Measures 5 1/4" inches tall. Made of plastic and there is a brass (or similar metal) on the front.
